Interpreting Agencies |
Interpreting agencies are often unable to test the interpreter’s knowledge in a certain area because they lack the resources to do so. Sometimes, an interpreter is hired the day before the assignment date and it is not possible to test the interpreter and to provide him or her with the necessary training for the task at hand. In order to address that problem, we offer a testing service to help agencies ascertain that their interpreters are capable of performing the task assigned and an online training program where the interpreter can choose the type of assignment and review the vocabulary, questions, and formalities needed for such assignments. For example, if your interpreter is assigned to a personal injuries deposition 24 hours before the proceeding is held, the interpreter can log on our site and choose the Interpreting a Personal Injuries Desposition Seminar. Furthermore, we will include the interpreter’s name on a list of approved interpreters for that type of proceeding. Insurance companies, attorneys, and any other potential client can access it to verify eligibility.

We have the highest pass rate of certified interpreters in California |
If the package chosen by the interpreting agency includes testing service, then we will provide the agency with a detailed report on the interperter's performance. Please note that certified court interpreters are trained to work in criminal court, not in civil court. The States and/or the Federal certification test is based on criminal terminology, not civil. Your agency can now be sure that it is providing an excellent service to its client and that the interpreter assigned to a given proceeding is well prepared to handle it after being trained by one of the leading interpreting institutions in the United States. All this for a nominal fee. If your agency is interested in our service please e-mail us or call us at (800) 625-6222 for further information. |
